The PHP development team has released an updated version of PHP. PHP 5.3.2 contains a number of bugfixes and some security improvements.

This is the 3rd release of the PHP 5.3 series, so expect that web hosts will begin to upgrade their servers. Depending on the type of hosting account you have, the server you are using may be upgraded and begin using the new version, or you may be given the option of which version of PHP to use for your site.
The PHP developers have released another update to the 5.2 series, addressing several bugs and some security patches. In all, there were over 40 fixes included in this release.

Improving on the stability and security of the PHP 5.2.x series, the development team has released 5.2.12, providing over 60 patches for bugs and security issues. As a webmaster, please be sure your hosting provider is keeping up with these releases to keep your site running smoothly and safely. You should also be maintaining a test environment to perform testing and validation of your website on the latest stable versions of PHP and MySQL.
An updated version of PHP 5.3 has been released - the PHP development team recently released 5.3.1 with over 100 bug fixes and improvements to the 5.3 line. Some of the fixes are security related.
Users and webmasters probably won't be seeing this in a normal hosting environment for a little while yet, but developers are using this in their development environments to test their applications for compatibility and to start taking advantage of the new features introduced in PHP 5.3

The PHP development team has released PHP 5.2.11, providing over 75 bugfixes and several improvements. Some of the fixes are security related. Even though PHP 5.3.0 has also been released, you probably won't be seeing it on the majority of web hosts until 2010. Many are reluctant to deploy a .0 release and prefer to wait for a .1. or later, release.
The PHP development team has announced the final release version of 5.3.0, which includes a number of bug fixes and improvements to the 5.x series. As web hosts upgrade their platforms, this will impact the performance of content managment systems, such as XOOPS and ImpressCMS.
